📖 Scripture Reference: Romans 12:2
Introduction
Success in life and destiny is largely a product of mentality. If you think small, you live small; if you think possibilities, you manifest greatness. “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7).
Vision is the gateway to manifestation—no one ever arrives at a future they cannot see (Genesis 13:14-15).
This week, we are engaging in a biblical mentality that makes for profitable stewardship. On Day 1, we examined the Sower’s Mentality; on Day 2, we explored the Investor’s Mentality. Today, we focus on the Appointment Mentality.
We Must Possess an Appointment Mentality
An appointment is a scheduled time for a duty or responsibility. It is a recognized position assigned to someone for a specific task.
Just as a company hires workers for a position, every believer engaged in soul-winning and Kingdom advancement is on divine appointment. Understanding this reality changes how we serve.
Three Covenant Facts About the Appointment Mentality
1️⃣ Everyone on the Go for Christ is on Divine Appointment
- When Jesus sent out His disciples, He appointed them for the work (Luke 10:1-2, 7).
- No believer engaging in soul-winning is jobless; we are employed in God’s vineyard.
2️⃣ Every Divine Appointment Entitles One to Wages
- God is a rewarder. He pays every Kingdom labourer (Matthew 20:1-9; Luke 10:7).
- This is why Kingdom stewardship is not a waste but an opportunity for divine promotion.
3️⃣ An Appointment Mentality is a Self-Motivating Factor
- When you know that your appointment is divine, you serve without coercion.
- Jesus asked His disciples, “When I sent you, lacked ye anything?” and they responded, “Nothing!” (Luke 22:35).
- Paul emphasized that steadfast stewardship is always profitable (1 Corinthians 15:58).
Action Step
🔹 Stop seeing soul-winning as an option; see it as your divine job.
🔹 Expect God to pay you as you labour in His vineyard.
🔹 Serve with consistency, knowing that your Kingdom appointment carries rewards.
Prayer Point
Father, thank You for appointing me as a labourer in Your vineyard. Open my eyes to see the rewards of my stewardship. Empower me to remain steadfast and unmovable, knowing that my labour is not in vain, in Jesus’ name. Amen!

📢 I declare over you today: May you never miss your Kingdom rewards! Every labour in soul-winning and stewardship shall speak in your favour. The God who called you into His vineyard shall pay you with supernatural breakthroughs, favour, and divine supply! You shall not labour in vain, in Jesus’ mighty name!
