📖 Scripture Reference: Mark 10:28-30
Introduction
God never calls His people to serve Him without rewarding them. Every act of Kingdom stewardship is an opportunity for divine promotion and blessings.
🔹 God does not ask the seed of Jacob to seek Him in vain – Isaiah 45:19
🔹 God is not looking for who to use but who to bless – Exodus 23:25-26
🔹 Kingdom stewardship is the covenant platform for the promotion of believers – Luke 19:12-13, 17-19
This week, we continue our focus on: Kingdom Advancement Endeavour is for Our Profiting – Mark 10:28-30
One of the greatest assignments given to every believer is soul-winning. It is not just for pastors, evangelists, or church leaders—it is the responsibility of everyone who follows Christ.
Jesus said: 📖 “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain…” – John 15:16
Soul-winning is not just a religious activity—it is a covenant platform that brings tangible rewards.
The Soul-Winning Commandment
God commands every believer to be involved in the rescue of lost souls. Why? Because souls matter to God more than anything else.
🔹 “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” – Mark 8:36
Every soul-winner enjoys special blessings from God. Let’s explore some of them:
1️⃣ Preservation, Favour, and Honour
📖 John 15:1-2, 8, 16; Proverbs 14:28; 1 Samuel 2:30
🔹 In John 15:2, Jesus said that every branch that bears fruit (wins souls) is preserved and pruned to be even more fruitful.
🔹 When you engage in soul-winning, God honours you because you are advancing His Kingdom (1 Samuel 2:30).
🔹 Proverbs 14:28 tells us that the growth of God’s Kingdom brings glory to the King—and soul winners are part of that glory.
📌 Do you want to be preserved, honoured, and favoured? Commit to winning souls!
2️⃣ Soul-Winning Gets Us on God’s Supernatural Payroll
📖 John 4:35-36; Luke 10:1, 7; Luke 22:35
🔹 In John 4:36, Jesus said that soul-winners receive wages and gather fruit unto eternal life. This means God pays those who work for Him!
🔹 In Luke 10:7, Jesus told His disciples that a labourer is worthy of his wages—which means that soul-winners are entitled to divine provisions.
🔹 In Luke 22:35, Jesus reminded His disciples that when they went out for the gospel, they lacked nothing.
📌 If you want God to pay your bills, engage in Kingdom business—soul-winning!
3️⃣ Soul-Winning is a Platform for the Rise of Giants
📖 Daniel 12:3
🔹 Daniel 12:3 tells us that soul-winners will shine as the brightness of the firmament and as stars forever.
🔹 Those who turn many to righteousness become spiritual giants.
🔹 Many of God’s generals today started as soul-winners—God lifted them because of their commitment to Kingdom advancement.
📌 Do you want to be a star in life? Make soul-winning your lifestyle!
Action Steps
✅ Make soul-winning a lifestyle by sharing Jesus with at least one person every day.
✅ Invite friends, family, and colleagues to church.
✅ Follow up on new believers to help them grow in the faith.
✅ Pray for the salvation of souls daily.
Prayer Point
🙏 Father, give me a passion for lost souls. Help me to win souls for Your Kingdom. As I obey Your call, let Your favour, provision, and promotion follow me, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
