📖 Scripture Reference: Matthew 20:20-22
Introduction
In the Kingdom of God, turnarounds are not a product of begging, but of engagement. We serve a covenant-keeping God, not a Father Christmas God (Psalm 89:34, Deuteronomy 28:1-2). Every blessing in redemption has conditions that must be met (Luke 6:40, James 1:22-25). Serving God is not a burden; it is a platform for accessing divine rewards (Matthew 6:33, Psalm 34:10).
This week, we explore how Kingdom turnarounds are secured through service, not begging.
We Do Not Beg for a Turnaround in the Kingdom
A turnaround is a divine change of position, moving from struggles to success, stagnation to progress, and affliction to glory. However, in the Kingdom, we do not beg for change—we serve our way into it.
Three Kingdom Principles for Experiencing a Turnaround
1️⃣ We Do Not Beg to Be Blessed; We Serve to Be Blessed
Kingdom service positions us for God’s blessings (Exodus 23:25-26, Luke 18:28-30). Every act of service is a seed that guarantees a harvest.
2️⃣ We Do Not Beg for Promotion; We Serve Our Way into Promotion
God promotes those who are diligent and faithful in His assignment (Luke 19:12-13, 17-19). When you engage with Kingdom advancement, divine promotion follows.
3️⃣ God is Not Looking for Who to Enslave, He is Looking for Who to Enthrone
The ultimate goal of Kingdom service is enthronement (Luke 22:25-30, Daniel 12:3). Those who faithfully serve in God’s kingdom are raised to positions of honour.
Action Step
🔹 Approach Kingdom service as a covenant responsibility, not as a favor to God.
🔹 Identify an area of service and commit to it wholeheartedly.
🔹 Engage actively in soul-winning and prayer for Kingdom advancement.
Prayer Point
Heavenly Father, grant me the grace to engage in Kingdom service with understanding. Help me to serve my way into my desired turnaround. Let my efforts yield undeniable results, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
