📖 Scripture Reference: Matthew 20:20-22
Introduction
God is a covenant-keeping Father, not a Father Christmas. His blessings are reserved for those who fulfill the conditions outlined in His Word (Psalm 89:34, Deuteronomy 28:1-2). Serving God is not just a privilege but a vital requirement for walking in the fullness of redemption (Matthew 6:33, Psalm 34:10).
This week, we continue to explore the reality that turnarounds in the Kingdom are not begged for; they are served into.
Three Kingdom Principles for Experiencing a Turnaround
1️⃣ We do not beg to be enthroned; we serve our way to enthronement
• In the Kingdom, leadership and dominion come through service. The way up is down!
• Jesus taught that those who desire greatness must embrace servant leadership (Matthew 20:20-28).
• God enthrones those who diligently serve Him and His purposes.
2️⃣ We do not cry to prosper; we serve our way into growing realms of prosperity
• Divine prosperity is a covenant. Those who serve God with joy and consistency walk into realms of supernatural abundance (Psalm 35:27, Job 36:11, Malachi 3:17-18).
• Kingdom service positions believers for generational prosperity after the order of Abraham (Genesis 22:16-18). Remember is no respecter of men (Rom 2:11).
3️⃣ God is not looking for who to rob; He is looking for who to enrich
• Many see Kingdom service as a way to while away time, but God sees it as a platform for supernatural enrichment (Job 36:11, Luke 5:1-8).
• When Peter surrendered his boat for Jesus’ use, he experienced a net-breaking turnaround.
Action Steps
🔹 Serve God with a heart of humility, knowing that service leads to enthronement.
🔹 Engage in Kingdom advancement with joy, knowing prosperity follows obedience.
🔹 See service as an opportunity for divine enrichment, not as a burden.
Prayer Point
Heavenly Father, give me the grace to serve You with joy and commitment. Let my stewardship result in enthronement, prosperity, and supernatural enrichment. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
